문제

Given a number, return a string with dash’-‘marks before and after each odd integer, but do not begin or end the string with a dash mark.

Ex:

dashatize(274) -> '2-7-4'
dashatize(6815) -> '68-1-5'

홀수는 앞뒤로 대시를 붙여 리턴하는 문제

문자열로 변환 후 홀수인 경우에 대시를 앞뒤로 붙이고 마지막에 앞뒤를 자르고, 두개인 경우를 한개로 바꿔주고 리턴
